    Enjoy a guilty-free delicious dessert with this creamy, delicious, and dairy free Avocado Chocolate Pudding.

     This Avocado Chocolate Pudding is a healthy dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth craving without the guilt. There's no ingredient prep, except to quickly peel and chop of the avocado, then simply toss everything into your blender or food processor and in seconds you'll have a delicious and creamy dessert.

    Why you'll love this Avocado Chocolate Pudding:

    This avocado chocolate pudding is creamy, delicious, and dairy free. It looks and taste just like regular chocolate pudding, minus all of those artificial ingredients. The avocado adds a nice texture to the pudding while the taste is disguised beneath the cocoa flavor. It also adds some nutritional benefits such as potassium, fiber and healthy fats.

    Tips for making this Chocolate Pudding:

    • The key to this recipe is making sure that the avocado is perfectly ripe. An under ripe avocado won't work because it won't be able to create a creamy consistency, and an overripe avocado won't taste good.
    • If you taste the pudding, and you think it needs more sweetener, or more cocoa, go ahead and add more to your liking.

    Avocado Chocolate Pudding

    Ingredients

    • 2 ripe medium avocados peeled and chopped
    • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
    • 1/4 cup honey raw agave nectar or other sweetener of choice
    • 1/2 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

    Instructions

    • Blend all ingredients, until smooth, in a blender, food processor or using a hand-held mixer.
    • Chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
