Perfectly light and moist, loaded with banana flavor and topped with a sweet cinnamon crumble.

This recipe is quick and easy, and you most likely have all of the ingredients in your pantry right now. The best part, all you need is a bowl and a whisk, no mixer needed!

I seem to always end up buying more bananas for the week than I need. I hate to see fruit go to waste, so why not use them in a recipe.

There's something about bananas when they start to turn brown, that's always the BEST time to use them for baking. They become sweeter and  easier to mash since they're already soft. The riper the banana, the better the muffins (or bread) will taste.

Muffins are fun, they make me feel like a kid again. Sometimes I'll peel the bananas, freeze them and use them in an acai bowl or I also use them as a base for my "Nice" Cream (Ice Cream), but this time I decided to whip up some delicious Cinnamon Banana Breakfast Muffins.

*This recipe will also work great as a loaf, add about 10 extra minutes of baking time (will vary oven to oven)
