These Healthy No Bake Brownie Bites have been a staple in my weekly meal prep routine. It’s an easy 7-ingredient, 20-minute healthy brownie bite recipe to enjoy without the guilt.
As of lately, I've made these Healthy Brownie Bites almost every week as a little treat to eat after my lunch. I’ll usually post them on my Instagram stories, and when I do, it never fails I get a ton of DMs for the recipe.
These Healthy Brownie Bites are so chocolaty and made with wholesome ingredients. They get their sweetness from the honey, chocolate flavor from the cacao powder, and nuttiness from the almond butter. These would make the perfect healthier snack or dessert to have on hand throughout the week.
Ingredients for the No Bake Brownie Bites:
- Almond flour
- Almond butter
- Honey
- Unsweetened Almond Milk
- Vanilla Extract
- Cacao Powder
- Organic Mini Chocolate Chips
Tips for making the Bites:
- Store the Brownie Bites in an airtight container or sealed bag and place them in the fridge. They'll last for about 5-7 days.
- To make this recipe vegan, replace the honey with maple syrup and use vegan chocolate chips.
- You can use any type of nut butter. This recipe can be very versatile and it doesn’t have to be followed exactly.

Healthy No Bake Brownie Bites
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon almond milk unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, almond butter, honey, almond milk, vanilla extract, cacao powder and chocolate chips.
- Using a small cookie scoop, scoop up the batter then roll into bite size balls. Place the bites into a sealed bag or container.
- Allow the bites to chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before enjoying.
- The Brownie Bites will last in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
