An Avocado Dip that's a perfect quick fix dip for any occasion.
With only 6 ingredients it really couldn’t be more simple to make!
I love sweet potato fries. They can be made sweet or savory and they're much healthier than classic fries. I decided to pair the Avocado Dip with Alexia Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Fries. They're lightly seasoned with a blend of sea salt, garlic, onion, chili, black, and red pepper. Sweet potato fries served with an Avocado Dip makes for a perfect healthy snack!
Ingredients in the Homemade Avocado Dip:
Loaded with fresh flavors, this dip is easy to make in a blender or food processor. It’s cool, creamy, smooth and flavorful and I’ve been using it in many different ways.
Now, I know what you’re thinking, isn’t this just like guac?
Traditional Guac Contains: cilantro, jalapeno, red onion, avocado, lime juice and sometimes tomato. Also, It’s got a much ‘chunkier’ texture.
Avocado Dip Contains: garlic cloves, avocado, greek yogurt, lemon juice, cilantro and salt and pepper.
This dip is endlessly customizable (and can also be made vegan) and it can be used in countless dishes. Just throw all the ingredients for this delicious dipping sauce into the food processor and blend for about a minute.
The Avocado Dipping sauce is great to pair with sweet potato fries, tortilla chips, quesadillas and more. It's a dipping sauce way better than ketchup!
