- Simply place all of the ingredients in a food processor and mix until all of the ingredients are well combined
- Using a spoon, scoop a generous amount into your hand and roll the dough to form 12 balls
- You can store them in a Ziploc bag or airtight container in the refrigerator.

- 1 cup packed soft pitted dates
- 1 cup pecans
