    Ingredients

    • 2 packages graham crackers
    • 1 cup butter 2 sticks
    • 1 cup brown sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

    Instructions

    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    • Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray the foil with cooking spray.
    • Place the graham crackers all over the surface of the pan, breaking them apart to fill in any gaps. Set aside.
    • In a medium saucepan, mix together the butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    • Stir in the vanilla extract and chopped pecans. Once combined, evenly pour the hot bubbly mixture over the graham crackers.
    • Working quickly, use the back of a spoon or spatula to spread the mixture around to evenly coat the graham crackers on the baking sheet.
    • Bake for about 10 minutes or until the mixture is bubbly.
    • Remove from the oven and allow the bark to cool to room temperature. Then simply break into pieces and consume immediately.
    • IF....(more than likely not) there are any leftovers, store them in an airtight container.
