What is Pumpkin Cold Brew?
In case you’ve been under a rock, Starbucks is known for their infamous fall coffee drinks, like their Pumpkin Cold Brew. Starbucks sweetens it with vanilla syrup and topped with a pumpkin cream cold foam and pumpkin spice sprinkled on top.
This healthy pumpkin cold brew has the same concept however with less calories and sugar while achieving the same great taste.
Is this Pumpkin Cold Brew Healthy?
This recipe is a much healthier option to satisfy your taste buds this fall season. It uses pumpkin puree for flavor instead of a pumpkin syrup which contains many artificial flavors and sugars. maple syrup is used as a sweetener instead of using pure sugar or artificial sugar.

I prefer to use oat milk for this recipe. If you're not a fan of oat milk, coconut milk is another great option since it's creamy. Feel free to use any milk you prefer.
A high-quality milk frother such as a Nespresso.
A lower-cost handheld milk frother, this is the one I used for this recipe.
A traditional blender, handheld blender.

Yes! Instead of refrigerating the pumpkin creamer, combine all of the ingredients in a small saucepan over low to medium heat. Whisk the ingredients until the sugar is dissolved. Be sure not to boil. Make your coffee and then pour in the pumpkin creamer.
