Puerto Rican Coquito

Christmas isn’t Christmas without a glass of cold Coquito. This Authentic Puerto Rican Coquito recipe is a thick, creamy and rich coconut-based cocktail. A delicious holiday drink loaded with spices and rum!

INGREDIENTS

Coconut Milk Sweetened Condensed Milk Evaporated Milk Cream of Coconut Vanilla Extract Ground Cinnamon Ground Nutmeg Rum

Add Ingredients

Step 1

Add the coconut milk, cream of coconut, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract and rum (or rum extract) to a high speed blender.

Combine and Blend

Step 2

-  Blend ingredients until they are well-combined. - Pour the Coquito into an airtight container and place inside the refrigerator to chill.

Serve and Garnish

Step 3

- Shake or stir the Coquito before serving.  - Serve chilled and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
