Mozzarella Sticks

This Baked Gluten Free Mozzarella Sticks recipe is crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside and baked to golden perfection. These Baked Mozzarella Sticks are the perfect cheesy appetizer for your party or get together.


Mozzarella Sticks Gluten Free Flour Egg Dairy Free Milk Gluten Free Breadcrumbs Italian Seasoning Salt Ground Black Pepper Marinara Sauce

Combine the Ingredients

Step 1

Place flour in one bowl, whisked eggs and milk in another bowl and combined dry ingredients in a third bowl. Take one mozzarella cheese stick. Dip it in each bowl to coat the cheese stick. Repeat these steps for remaining mozzarella sticks.

Bake and Serve

Step 2

Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1 hour. Bake them for 12- 15 minutes or until heated golden brown. Serve them hot with a sprinkle of parsley on top of them with a side of marinara.
