Blueberry Muffin

This blueberry muffin overnight oats recipe is a simple and delicious way to start the day. It has all of the same flavors of a blueberry muffin, it's easy to put together in under 10 minutes and makes the perfect meal prep.

INGREDIENTS

Rolled Oats Ground flaxseed Chia seed Vanilla extract Ground cinnamon Honey Coconut milk Blueberries

Combine the Ingredients

Step 1

Add the rolled oats, ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, honey and milk to a container.

Chill Overnight

Step 2

Mix the ingredients together until well combined. Add the blueberries on top and seal the container. Place the oats in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Serve for Breakfast
