These are the best chocolate chip cookies without brown sugar. They’re soft and chewy and baked in less than 15 minutes. They’re gluten free and made with almond flour and sweetened with coconut sugar.
Step 1
Combine the softened butter and coconut sugar Add in the egg, vanilla extract, salt, baking soda and almond flour Fold in the chocolate chips
Step 2
Scoop the cookie dough from the mixing bowl and place on baking sheet Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown
