Step 1
- Cut and boil the cauliflower in the vegetable broth for 10 - 15 minutes. - Drain the cauliflower and let it cool to help get rid of any excess moisture.
Step 2
- Add the cauliflower and the remaining ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth. - Taste and adjust the seasonings if needed.
