This easy high protein Greek pasta salad has all the flavors of a classic Greek salad and tossed in a delicious Greek vinaigrette. It’s ready in less than 20 minutes and perfect to make ahead as a meal prep or for a weeknight dinner.
Step 1
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. - Chop all of your fresh vegetables while the pasta cooks.
Step 2
- Combine the pasta and veggies in a large mixing bowl and toss with dressing, - Chill in the fridge for 10 - 15 minutes before serving.
