Step 1
Saute the onion, bell peppers and garlic in olive oil. Add in the remaining ingredients and bring the pot to a generous boil, stirring all the ingredients together.

Simmer the chili in the pot for at least 30 minutes. The longer the chili cooks, the more flavor it will have. Serve once you’re ready to eat.
