Make your own low sodium pesto sauce right at home. It’s full of fresh ingredients like basil, spinach and garlic. There’s no cooking required and comes together in less than 10 minutes.
Step 1
- Add the basil, spinach, avocado, garlic, pine nuts and lemon juice to a food processor. - Pulse for 20 seconds until combined then add olive oil, water and parmesan cheese.
Step 2
- Taste and adjust the seasonings. Add more lemon juice, salt, ground black pepper or parmesan cheese if needed
