Step 1
- Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and ground nutmeg in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
- Combine the avocado oil, eggs, vanilla extract, coconut sugar and organic cane sugar. Then fold in the pumpkin puree. - Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
Step 3
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan. - Bake for 45 min or until the center is done. - Make the cream cheese frosting and top after bread cools.
