These watermelon fries with a coconut lime yogurt dip is the perfect summer snack. They’re light, refreshing and bursting with flavor and it's perfect for any hot summer day!
Step 1
- Combine the coconut lime yogurt, lime zest and honey in a bowl, mix well. - If using plain yogurt add 1 teaspoon lime juice
Step 2
- Cut the watermelon into sticks by removing the rind, and then cutting them into the size of fries. - Add the watermelon with seasonings to a plate and serve with yogurt dip.
