Pancake Mix Oil Milk / Water Egg Pumpkin Puree Vanilla Extract Spices

Combine Ingredients

Step 1

- Follow the pancake mix directions. - Then add in the pumpkin puree, ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla extract.

Mix Until Combined

Step 2

- Mix together just until combined. Don't overmix the batter.  - Once it's mixed, allow it to rest for a few minutes.

Cook the Pancake Batter

Step 3

- Heat to medium-low heat and add a cooking oil or butter. - Pour the pancake batter into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
