Dairy-Free Broccoli Crunch Salad

Ingredients

Salad

  • 4 cups broccoli florets washed
  • 2 gala apples washed, cored and diced
  • 1 cup halved walnuts
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots washed
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped

Dressing

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the broccoli, apples, walnuts, carrots, cranberries and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, combine the dairy free yogurt, mayo, apple cider vinegar, honey and sea salt. Stir until all of the ingredients are mixed well.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately, or cover and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
