Healthy Guacamole Recipe without Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 5 avocados ripe, peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 jalapeños medium, finely diced
  • 1/3 cup cilantro finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper or to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, Mash together avocados with a fork until almost completely smooth with only little bits of avocado left.
  • Add red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper, cumin until well-mixed.
  • Serve immediately, or cover the bowl with plastic wrap and cover in an air tight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
