Healthy No Bake Brownie Bites

These Healthy No Bake Brownie Bites have been my go-to snack for my weekly meal prep routine the past few weeks. It’s an easy 7-ingredient, 20-minute healthy brownie bite to enjoy without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, almond butter, honey, almond milk, vanilla extract, cacao powder and chocolate chips.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, scoop up the batter then roll into bite size balls. Place the bites into a sealed bag or container.
  • Allow the bites to chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes before enjoying.
  • The Brownie Bites will last in the refrigerator for 5-7 days.
