Healthy Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Coffee at Home

Make a delicious fall coffee this season right at home. This Healthy Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew combines cold brew coffee with a dairy free pumpkin spice creamer that’s made with oat milk and pumpkin puree and warming spices.

Ingredients

Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Pumpkin Cold Brew

  • Handful of ice
  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/ 4 cup pumpkin creamer or more to taste
  • Sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice for topping

Instructions

  • Combine the oat milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin spice, ground nutmeg, vanilla extract and salt in a large mason jar and whisk the ingredients together.
  • Place a lid on the jar with the pumpkin creamer and refrigerate until chilled.
  • Remove the pumpkin creamer from the fridge and froth until desired consistency using a milk frother or hand-held frother.
  • Add some ice to a large glass. Pour in the cold brew coffee. Top with the frothy pumpkin creamer and a sprinkle of extra pumpkin spice on top.

Notes
