Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 corn on the cob shucked and cleaned
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or to taste
  • Sea salt optional to taste
  • Black pepper optional to taste

Instructions

  • Shuck and clean the corn. For smaller air fryers, you may have to cut the corn in half.
  • In a bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic powder. Generously coat the ears of corn with the lemon pepper butter.
  • Place the corn in the air fryer in a single layer. Air Fry at 380°F/193°C for 10 minutes. Rotate the corn then continue to air fry for an additional 5-8 minutes or until corn is tender and cooked to your preference. (Cooking time will depend on the size of corn, how full the air fryer basket is and based on the models/sizes of your air fryer).
  • Remove the corn from the air fryer. Add an extra slice of butter to the corn and serve.
