Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup oat milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon beet powder
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender
  • Blend well until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust. After blending the smoothie, taste it. You can add more milk, frozen strawberries or maple syrup as needed to reach your desired taste or consistency. You can add more beets if you like an earthy taste, ice if you like it thicker, more oat milk if you like it thinner, or more maple syrup for extra sweetness.
