Watermelon Cucumber Feta Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup English cucumber diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/3 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime about 2 tbsp
  • chili lime seasoning to taste

Instructions

  • Add the diced watermelon, cucumber, red onion, mint leaves and lime juice to a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss everything together until well combined.
  • Refrigerate the watermelon salad until you are ready to serve.
  • When you are ready to serve, add the feta cheese and the chili lime seasoning, toss gently and serve.
