Watermelon Fries

These watermelon fries with a coconut lime yogurt dip is the perfect summer snack. They’re light, refreshing and bursting with flavor and it's perfect for any hot summer day!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 watermelon  remove the rind and cut into fry shape
  • 1 teaspoon Tajin seasoning more for extra spice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar more for extra sweetness

Lime Yogurt Dip

Instructions

  • Combine the coconut yogurt, lime zest and honey in a bowl, mix well.
  • Add the watermelon sticks to a large plate.
  • Sprinkle some of the Tajin seasoning and coconut sugar on top of the watermelon.
  • Serve the watermelon fries and dip together.

Notes

*if using plain yogurt add 1 teaspoon lime juice
