Watermelon Juice with Mint and Lime

There’s nothing like a glass of watermelon juice with mint and lime. It’s such an easy and refreshing summertime beverage that you can make in a blender in no time!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh watermelon chopped
  • 2 ounces lime juice
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 generous splash watermelon kombucha or sparkling water, optional

Instructions

  • Blend watermelon, lime and mint in a high speed blender.
  • Using a sieve, strain into a pitcher or large container and place it in the fridge to chill.
  • When you’re ready to drink, add the watermelon mint juice to a glass.
  • Top the juice with the kombucha (optional).
  • Garnish with a slice of lime and extra mint.

Notes

*You can pour the juice into a glass bottle, jar, or pitcher and store it in the fridge for up to 5 days.
