    Energy Bites are a great healthy snack that gives you some health benefits and helps curb those sweet cravings. Cranberries have a nice tart bite and combined with the sweetness from the peanut butter and honey rolled up with oats and chia seeds, they are perfect for snacking or a healthier dessert option.

    It's known that cranberries can help prevent urinary tract infections, but they can also help improve your digestion, reduce bad cholesterol and boost your immune system. Just one cup of cranberries contains 22 percent of the recommended daily value of vitamin C as well as many other nutrients that can boost your immune system, which is even more reasons to roll up your sleeves and make these delicious Cranberry Energy Bites!

    Cranberry Energy Bites

    These simple and healthy no-bake Cranberry Energy Bites are perfect for easy snacking on-the-go and will keep you satisfied!

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1 T chia seeds
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter or any nut butter
    • 3 T honey
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
    • 2-4 T almond milk

    Instructions

    • Add oats, cinnamon and chia seeds to a large bowl.
    • Add in peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.
    • Add in cranberries. Mixture should be slightly sticky but still crumbly.
    • Slowly add in liquid 1 tablespoon at a time, combine until it comes together in a sticky ball that holds together.
    • Roll into balls using hands.
    • Place in an air tight container , store in fridge up to a week.
